We have created a Winter Wish List on Amazon, making it quick and easy to donate winter essentials to Circle of Hope!
The gloves, hats, boots, and scarves on the list are vital to the health of homeless individuals this time of year. With the splitting of the polar vortex, we can expect more severe winter weather for the rest of the reason, leaving homeless individuals vulnerable to frostbite, hypothermia, and other illnesses.
Please help us protect homeless children, women, and men by donating items off the Winter Wish List today! Simply view the list, add items to your shopping cart, and proceed with checkout. New Partnership with Boston Police Department
Earlier this month, Circle of Hope kicked off a new partnership with Boston Police Department District E-13 by making our first delivery of winter coats, hats, and mittens for 75 homeless infants and children in Jamaica Plain. We will continue making monthly deliveries to the station so that Community Service Officers can give our clothing to homeless families in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood.
Giving Warmth With Anton's Coats for Kids
Volunteers from barre3 and Circle of Hope loaded the COH van with bags of winter coats for homeless individuals
For eight years, Circle of Hope has partnered with Anton's Coats for Kids to distribute winter coats to homeless children, women, and men in need. Each winter, we pick up dozens of bags of coats every week from Anton's collection sites. With the help of our all our donors and partners, COH gave winter coats to 4,400 children and adults last year.
With temperatures dropping and urgent requests pouring into COH, we began enlisting the help of volunteers from Circle of Hope and local businesses to sort and package the Anton's coats for delivery. In December, two volunteers from the fitness studio barre3 in Needham joined ten COH volunteers for a morning of coat sorting. Within two hours, the amazing volunteers sorted 550 coats, making it possible for us to quickly send the correct sizes to our partner shelters.
We are proud to partner with Anton's Coats for Kids and grateful to our community of volunteers for helping us keep vulnerable homeless individuals warm and healthy!

Circle of Hope brings health to the homeless
Dear Friends,
At Circle of Hope's partner, Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP), clinicians can only discharge healthy patients from the hospital if they have clothing warm enough to wear on the streets of Boston. While healthy patients wait for our clothing, sick patients wait for hospital beds to free up so that they can receive life-saving care.
Circle of Hope is the only organization that gives clothing to homeless patients at BHCHP.
Your gift not only gives homeless individuals the clothing they need, it gives them access to life-saving healthcare. Please help us keep homeless infants, children, women, and men healthy in 2019. Donate to our Annual Campaign today.

Volunteer Appreciation Week at COH
This and every week, we are so thankful for the 90 individuals who make our mission a reality by volunteering for Circle of Hope.
Last year, Circle of Hope volunteers dedicated 28,000 volunteer hours to make sure homeless families have the clothing and essentials they need to stay healthy. By carefully sorting hundreds of donations per week, volunteer sorters ensure that everything we send to our partner shelters is in good condition and can be worn immediately by a homeless child or adult. Volunteer drivers deliver the donations to the shelters, bringing warmth, dignity, and hope to the 5,500 homeless individuals we serve.
This week (Nov. 26-30), volunteers are invited to stop by Circle of Hope during our open hours for a cup of coffee and expressions of our gratitude. Thank you for your amazing work!
Thanksgiving Hours
Circle of Hope will close at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 21st and remain closed through Sunday, Nov. 25th. There will be no donation drop-off hours during the afternoon on Wednesday. Normal drop-off hours resume Monday morning at 9:00 a.m.
In the meantime, support Circle of Hope by attending one of barre3’s Thanksgiving Day barre classes! The Needham studio is generously donating the proceeds from their Thanksgiving Day classes to Circle of Hope to help homeless individuals and families stay healthy. Celebrate Thanksgiving by Helping the Homeless
Barre3 in Needham is generously donating the proceeds from their Thanksgiving Day fitness classes to Circle of Hope! The classes will be a flat fee of $15 per person that day. Add a workout to your Thanksgiving celebration and make a difference in the lives of homeless individuals and families!
